Vendor Agreement

 THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) IS MADE AND ENTERED INTO ON THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF VENDOR BY REINA ORGANICA TT, IT CONTAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE’S VENDOR SERVICES. BY REGISTERING FOR AND OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Services Guaranteed

The Company shall offer to the Vendor its services for facilitating online sale of the Vendor’s products which may include hosting and technology, customer support, payment services and delivery.

Guidelines

This policy requires that vendors act fairly and honestly on Reina Organica TT to ensure a safe buying and selling experience to all customers. All vendors must give accurate information on the website at all times and not attempt to damage or abuse another Seller, their listings or ratings.

A vendor must not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications and not attempt to circumvent the Reina Organica TT sales process.

Obligations of the Vendor

1. The Vendor shall upload the product description, images, disclaimer, price and such other details for the products to be displayed and offered for sale through the said online page.
2. Vendor shall ensure not to upload any description/image/text/graphic that is unlawful, illegal, objectionable, obscene, vulgar, opposed to public policy, prohibited or is in violation of intellectual property rights including but not limited to Trademark and copyright of any third party.
3. Vendor shall be solely responsible for the quality, quantity, merchantability, guarantee, warranties in respect of the products offered for sale through their online page.
4. The Vendor shall dispatch the Products of same description, quality and quantity and price as are described and displayed on the Online Page and for which the Customer has placed the order.

Violating the Code of Conduct or any other Reina Organica TT policies may result in actions against your account, such as cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of selling privileges.

Indemnity

Vendor shall be solely liable for any claims, damages, allegation arising out of the Products offered for sale through its online page (including but not limited to quality, quantity, price, merchantability, use for a particular purpose, or any other related claim) and shall hold the Company harmless and indemnified against all such claims and damages.

Service Fee

Fees for our services are detailed on our How To Become A Vendor page. Payment shall commence at the end of the Vendor’s (30) thirty day calendar month period.
