Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All Standard Shipping orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Unless arranged by appointment.
Island Droppers offers same day delivery once your order is placed before 9.30am. If the order is unable to be delivered on the same day, it will be delivered on the following business day.
TTPost are processed and shipped within 2-3 Business days, which delivers weekdays between 7am and 6pm.
Orders in Trinidad and Tobago exceed $400 TTD will be given the option of Free Shipping, and will be processed within 3-7 Business Days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the Caribbean Region.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note Sales items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
