How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved to your order, however, if you made an account you can change your address in your profile settings or you can contact us to make the specific changes.
Where do we deliver?
We currently only deliver to locations within Trinidad. However, items will be delivered via TTPost to Tobago and Caribbean Islands.
What happens if there was a delivery mishap to my order?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any damaged items should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected item and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at email@example.com.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

Can I place an order via phone?
We prefer orders to be placed via our site or direct message to any of our social platforms. If this cannot be done you can contact us and we will input your order.
Can I change my order after I completed it?
You must contact us if changes are needed to be made, such as new item or quantities. Your previous order will then be canceled and a new one will be created.
Where can I find your products in Trinidad and Tobago?
Currently, our products are exclusively supplied via our website.
