It's actually really simple. We at Reina Organica strive to provide you with high quality, affordable, organic products. Each item supplied by us is carefully selected and tested by many before distributing to you. We will never supply products because it's hyped. We only supply products that deliver results as it specifies.

How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved to your order, however, if you made an account you can change your address in your profile settings or you can contact us to make the specific changes.
Where do we deliver?
We currently only deliver to locations within Trinidad. However, items will be delivered via TTPost to Tobago and Caribbean Islands.
What happens if there was a delivery mishap to my order?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any damaged items should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected item and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at info@reinaorganicatt.com.

What are my payment options?
We currently accept Paypal, Cash upon delivery and Bank Deposit/Online Bank Transfer.
How do I pay via the bank?
Bank Deposits/Online Bank Transfers are simple. After selecting Bank Deposit as your preferred payment option, proceed to checkout. The Company Bank Account Details will then appear in your order confirmation screen. You can proceed to make a payment via Online Bank Transfer or visit your nearest FCB to make a payment.

How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, your payment will be automatically generated to Reina Organica system for your order.

Can I make a Paypal payment without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any VISA Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

Can I place an order via phone?
We prefer orders to be placed via our site or direct message to any of our social platforms. If this cannot be done you can contact us and we will input your order.
Can I change my order after I completed it?
You must contact us if changes are needed to be made, such as new item or quantities. Your previous order will then be canceled and a new one will be created.
Where can I find your products in Trinidad and Tobago?
Currently, our products are exclusively supplied via our website.
Can you help me choose the correct items I may need?
